The Recycled Pulp System consists of:

• Soaking Tower

• HD Cleaners

• Screens

• Thickeners

• De-inking system

Figure 1 illustrates tissue production from recycled pulp. The pulp from the system can be sent to tissue machine for making tissues and towels.  The alternative approach is to send it to the flash drying system to be made into pulp bales - for sale to mills using recycled pulp in their mix.
