Agro Pulping Machinery (P) Ltd, was started in 1991 as a marketing organisation and later, we had entered into manufacturing of Fiber Preparation Equipments for agricultural residues like Bagasse, Wheat / Rice Straw / Sarkanda and other Grass varities.

Our fundamental and principal aim is to develop technology that will give a superior pulp especially for Small and Medium Size paper Mills in India who suffer because of poor quality paper. With this in mind, we had developed CLEAN PULP TECHNOLOGY comprising Fiber Preparation, Wet Washing and Continuous Pulping Systems. The aim was to remove all the contraries and contaminants from the fiber which not only affects the quality, but also improve the working of the paper machine.

We are proud to say that we have achieved our goal and in the last ten years we have supplied a number of systems with capacities ranging from 50 to 250 Tons per day of Pulp.

Again, many of the small & medium size paper mills suffer not only economically but also environmentally due to non-availability of a viable Chemical Recovery System from the Black Liquor generated. We had the unique opportunity under USAID programme to develop Fluid Bed Recovery System which is best suited for small and medium size paper mills. The singular feature of this system is that it operates at very low temperature as compared to Conventional Recovery System. Further, it occupies very low floor space with affordable operation and maintenance costs.

The final product is in the form of Soda Ash pellets which has a wide market. We are proud to say that we have installed two units which are running successfully for the last eight years.

Now, we are in the process of adding Lime Mud Calcinator which bring total recycling in Soda Recovery Process. This is based on Fluid Bed System having great advantage over Rotary Kilns.
